Heading up the Conveyancing department are Colette Botha , Nicole Pagel and Flora Sibanyoni . They have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Property Law and Conveyancing. Michelle Horn practices in property litigation.

With their expertise in township establishments, sectional title schemes, low cost housing and bonds, the team handles major developments such as Southdowns in Irene and Savannah Country Estate as well as the resales from these developments.
