Our experienced and highly motivated staff has expert knowledge of the National Credit Act and deals with matters concerning the application of the act, classification of credit agreements, consumer rights, over-indebtedness and reckless credit on a daily basis.  The department uses highly sophisticated computer programmes and proven processes in order to provide minimal turnaround times in the most cost effective manner.
