Nicole Pagel presents seminars to Estate Agents on the following aspects of Conveyancing:

  1. The Registration Process: from receipt of the transfer instruction to registration of transfer in the deeds office;
  2. Township and Sectional Title Developments: how a Township and Sectional Title Development are formed up to registration of the first Erf or Unit;
  3. The effect of the Consumer Protection Act on property transactions and Estate Agents.
  4. She is in process of arranging a presentation on “Effective Cause”.

Colette Botha is available to present seminars on the Bond Registration Process.

Flora Sibanyoni is available to present seminars on Sheriff transfers, Distressed seller transfers and Liquidation transfer.

Nicole Pagel is the Conveyancer in charge this department. Nicole is assisted by three Conveyancing Paralegals.
