LITIGATION AND COMMERCIAL LAW

Michelle Horn, Gary Warn and Dominic Steyn as Directors, with Buddy Glen and Alan Wilson as Consultants are responsible for the litigation and commercial department. Collectively they have a wealth of experience in these fields and are assisted by a committed staff of professional assistants, namely Kelby Robinson, Tracy-Erin Watson and Erusha Reddy, candidate attorneys, secretaries and general staff.

The department specialises in litigation in High Courts and Magistrate's Courts throughout the country and deals with a wide variety of matters such as personal injury claims, insurance claims, intellectual property law, public liability claims and purely commercial disputes, such as are required from time to time by our various corporate clients, for example The South African National Roads Agency Limited, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Absa Bank, First National Bank, Siemens, The Law Society of the Northern Provinces and The Legal Aid Board to name but a few.

The department also offers services in negotiating and drafting contracts and registrations and other matters associated with Companies and Close Corporations.

MATRIMONIAL MATTERS

Divorces, opposed & unopposed and all maintenance matters can be referred to Dominic Steyn and Gary Warne.

Antenuptual contracts are attended to by Nicole Pagel.
